Welcome to planDisney, Brittany!
I have a newly-turned 2-year-old as well, and I am so excited to see her face when she catches a glimpse of her favorite princess, Cinderella, on our next trip!
Brittany, as I am sure you have heard, the rules regarding face coverings have recently been updated. The
updated guidelines take vaccination status into account, instead of age.
The new rules state that face coverings are optional for fully vaccinated guests except on Disney transportation such as the bus,
Disney Skyliner, or monorail.
If a guest is not fully vaccinated, the rules state that face coverings must be worn upon entering, and throughout all
attractions, but are optional in outdoor common areas. If a guest is actively eating or drinking, they may remove their face coverings. Face shields are not permitted in lieu of a face covering.
I hope that this helped, Brittany. And I know that your little one will have the most magical time.
See you real soon!
