Welcome aboard planDisney, Linda!
It sounds like you may be welcoming a new sailor soon. Congratulations to you and your family!
Captain Mickey welcomes Mouseketeers young and old to sail the high seas! Although there are no age restrictions to be a part of the Mickey Mouse Club, to cruise with Disney Cruise Line,
children need to be at least six months old on the day of sailing for most cruises. For Transatlantic, Hawaiian and Panama Canal itineraries, Mouseketeers need to be at least twelve months old.
Disney Cruise Line does make
traveling with little ones very easy so that Mom and Dad can relax and enjoy their time away. With complimentary use of baby gear, like diaper disposal units, bottle warmers, strollers and portable cribs, you can pack light. Also, you can
purchase diapers and other items for your bundle of joy right onboard if needed.
There are special spaces for the youngest Mouseketeers onboard each Disney Cruise Line ship.
Nemo's Reef is a specially designed water play area that your little one will adore!
"it's a small world" nursery is designed for the tiniest tots. Disney counselors will take care of your sailor while you enjoy a "date night" onboard. Time in the nursey does require an additional fee and reservations, so be sure to book your nursery time when your
advance booking window opens!
Cruise back to planDisney if you have any additional questions before you set sail, Linda!
"Sea" ya real soon! Angie
