We are going on the New Year's cruise in December. Just wondering if my 3 yr old son would be able to ride an aqua trike if accompanied by an adult?

    Ahoy Gina!
Ringing in 2013 on the Disney Dream sounds like the perfect way to start a new year! I have a feeling many magical memories will be created on your holiday voyage!
The only watercoaster at sea, the AquaDuck, is for any age Guest as long as they meet the 42" height requirement, and children under seven are required to ride with someone over the age of 14.  Disney Cruise Line's main concern on their ships is safety so these guidelines are followed strictly.  If your son isn't quite 42" by December, he may still be able to enjoy the Mickey's Pool Slide that is for Guests 38" to 64".  This slide provides a fun and smooth twisting ride down into a shallow splash pool.  Your little sailor will also love Nemo's Reef, a water playground located next to Mickey's Pool!  Bubbling jets, shooting water, and a pint-sized slide make this a popular area among the 3-8 year olds!
Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel, Gina!  I hope you will write back with more cruise questions! I'm always happy to help!
    Have a magical day!
