I spoke to a Cast Member about your unused 1-Day
theme park ticket, and she recommended that you reach out to a Cast Member on the
Tickets Guest Services line. An upgrade may be possible depending on what type of ticket you currently have, and a Cast Member on the Tickets Guest Services line would be the best person to speak with to check if your ticket is eligible for an upgrade. If you're local to the Disneyland Resort, you also could stop by the Disneyland Resort ticket booths in the Esplanade in the Downtown Disney District to speak with someone in-person.
