    Will the new pizza restaurant at Epcot be CS or TS? Our trip is first week of October and we would love to give it a try. If it is TS, when will they start taking reservations? Hitting 180 day mark in few days and am trying to finalize choices. Thx.

    The new restaurant in Italy, Via Napoli, will be a table service restaurant featuring pizza and italian cuisine. I've even heard that the water for the pizza dough will be imported in order to create dough more like the doughs found in Italy! Being a bit of a foodie myself, I'm excited to try this.

    While this restaurant (and the new Mexican restaurant) is expected to be open this fall, it will not be available for advance dining reservations until the opening date draws closer. Since I'm looking to go this fall, I have left two nights "open" and free of reservations. Hopefully I'll be able to fit these restaurants in those days!
