    With the new changes to annual passes, will free photopass downloads be available to current passholders or only upon renewal?

    Hi Penny,
    Thanks for submitting your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! This is a really good question and one we were able to answer just a few days ago.

    If you would like to upgrade your current Annual Pass to one of the new Florida Resident Annual Passes, please visit Guest Relations or a ticket window at a theme park for the upgrade. You will end up paying the difference in cost between your current pass and the new pass. It is my understanding that you will be allowed to download your most recent PhotoPass photos once you make the upgrade. Once you have completed the upgrade, all of the photos taken on and after the upgrade date are yours once the transaction has completed processing.

    If you choose to not upgrade your passes at this time, you will have to wait until your next renewal to access and download your PhotoPass pictures.
