Hey there, hi there, ho there, Michael.
You’re as welcome as can be here at planDisney! Thanks for stopping by again with another Walt Disney World Resort vacation question.
With the amount of walking one does in a typical Disney day, I can’t say I blame your nephew for wanting to bring shoes that can wheel him from attraction to attraction quickly. Unfortunately, inline skates and shoes with built-in wheels are included on the list of prohibited items in the
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules. I suggest you consider investing in a pair of Crocs for your nephew instead. Not only are they super comfortable for those long park days, but they are also waterproof, which comes in handy for those sudden rain showers Florida is known for.
shopDisney has a selection of Disney Crocs available for purchase ahead of your arrival, but you can also find Crocs in select merchandise locations on property. Your best bets for finding them are at
World of Disney in Disney Springs,
Creations Shop in EPCOT, or the
Emporium in Magic Kingdom Park.
I hope this information proves useful, Michael. Enjoy making memories with your nephew, and we’ll see ya real soon!
