My nephew has Celiac's. Can anyone share any info or links about eating gluten free in WDW? We have traveled often but never had to worry about eating gluten free. They are staying@WL&will be visiting all parks in Nov.Thnx so much!

Hi Diana! Walt Disney World is one of the best vacation destinations for travelers with food allergies and intolerances. Disney takes great care to accommodate guests with special dietary needs. Your nephew should note on all of his dining reservations that his meals must be gluten-free. When he arrives at the restaurants, he should mention his gluten-free diet to the server, who will have the chef speak with him to discuss the gluten-free options available. Likewise at the Quick Service restaurants, he can ask to speak with a manager who can review the location's gluten-free offerings with him. Check out the Special Diets page of the Disney website for additional information on food allergies at Disney World. If you email Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com you can obtain a list of gluten-free options available at Disney.

Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
