Welcome BACK to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Stacey! I love that you trust us with your vacation questions and hope you continue to bring questions here for us to help answer. With all of the new information being released as Walt Disney World plans for the
phased reopening of the parks and resorts, I understand the need to reschedule your vacation for a time that works best for your family.
I think you will absolutely love the
Deluxe Studio options in the
Disney Vacation Club Resorts no matter which resort you choose. Deluxe Studios allow your family to stretch out, offering spacious accommodations with the convenience of a kitchenette that includes a small refrigerator and microwave. The Deluxe Studios in
Boulder Ridge Villas are a bit larger than
Copper Creek Villas, though Copper Creek Villas are newer. Since the Deluxe Studios at Boulder Ridge Villas and Copper Creek Villas both offer either a porch or balcony, I recommend requesting an upper floor, as you will love the beautiful views you can enjoy from your very own balcony.
Both Boulder Ridge Villas and Copper Creek Villas are located in
Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, a resort with incredible restaurant options, wonderful amenities, and just a short boat ride away from
Magic Kingdom Park. Choosing between the two options can be tough as they each have extra magic to offer to an already magical vacation. The Boulder Ridge Villas are located in a separate building, offering a more peaceful environment away from the Main Lodge, while the Copper Creek Villas are located in the Main Building. Choosing the option that is best for you will depend upon whether you would like a more tranquil and quieter environment or to be in the center of the action in the Main Building.
Whichever option you choose you will absolutely LOVE Disney’s Wilderness Lodge! I highly recommend you check availability for
Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White, one of my favorite dining experiences in all of Walt Disney World! I hope that you have a magical stay in October and a wonderful vacation. Please stop back by if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions!
