What a fabulous trip you will have. Nothing makes the most wonderful time of the year as special as a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth.
Lexi, as you know, each ticket is assigned to a profile in your
My Disney Experience account. What matters when you enter the parks is that the ticket you are using is assigned to the same profile that has a valid
Disney Park Pass system reservation for that day.
So, if you changed the name on just the ticket, and the reservation has the old name, you will want to get that fixed to make sure that the system recognizes that it is the same person. Website Support should be able to help you out with this. You can reach them at

If reservations are still
available for the day that you wish to visit, it may be easier just to cancel that reservation and make a new one under the correct ticket.
