Do I need to wait to pay in full before I can make reservations for dining?

Not at all. Anyone can make dining reservations regardless of where they're staying or how much of their vacation is paid for. Most dining experiences at WDW can be reserved up to 90 days in advance. I encourage you to call as early as possible within that window to have the best chance of securing the reservations you want. This is particularly true if you want to have character dining or signature dining meals. For more information or to make reservations, call Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE.
