Earlier this year, I, too, needed to update my payment information for the Monthly Payment Plan. So, from one Walt Disney World Resort
Annual Passholder to another, I am more than happy to give you a hand, Ariel.
There are two ways that you can update your payment information, or even pay off your remaining balance without penalty: 1) Visit Guest Relations at any one of the four theme parks or Disney Springs. Or 2) You can call the
Annual Passholder Payment Services phone number listed on the Walt Disney World Help Center.
With either option, you'll be able to speak to a friendly Cast Member who can easily change your payment information for your annual pass. However, you are not able to update the card information via email.
