I need to have an unused ticket reactivated? How can I do this?

Hi Sharena and welcome to planDisney! I'm happy to help you, because a few visits ago I had to go through the process of reactivating a theme park ticket for the Walt Disney World Resort

If you have unused tickets that have expired or you just didn't get to enjoy them on the dates you anticipated, you can still use them for a future visit. To get your ticket reactivated, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets

    -Include your name

-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

-Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used

Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, Disney will send you a new confirmation number or will let you know that you can use the ticket you purchased toward the purchase of a new ticket. In most cases you will be able to link a new confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account and assign the ticket to a guest in your party. All you have to do is make new Disney Park Pass reservations for your next visit and you are good to go!

Sharena, if you have any more planning questions, please feel free to come back to see us. It’s always our pleasure to help!

    Have a magical visit!
