I need to unlink tickets from my account and maybe add to another account, How do I unlink the park tickets, on my account?

    Hi there, Masa!

You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

Whether you’re experiencing the newly updated Snow White’s Enchanted Wish attraction or trying all the delectable Mickey-shaped snacks, you’re sure to have the most magical time at The Happiest Place on Earth!

Masa, to unlink your unused theme park tickets from your Disneyland account, I recommend you call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. They’ll be able to look into your account to help you get it all setup.

If you’d like to link the tickets to more than one account, you can do that, too! The way to do this is by opening up your Disneyland mobile app and tapping on the three horizontal lines near the bottom right of the screen to reach the main menu. Once you have done so, select “Tickets and Passes” and then the “+” symbol near the upper right corner of the screen. After that, select “Link Tickets & Passes.” This will allow you to manually enter the number or scan each ticket's barcode with your phone's camera.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Masa! Have an enchanting time.
