I'm sorry to hear you won't be able to visit
Walt Disney World Resort this year. To transfer theme park tickets to another Guest, they must be unused, and the recipient must be on your Family & Friends List. To check this, open the
My Disney Experience mobile app, and select the "☰" icon. Scroll down to "Profile" and select Family & Friends List. If they are a part of your list, they will appear on this page. If not, select "Add a Guest" and follow the steps.
To
transfer your theme park tickets, select "My Tickets & Passes". Under your theme park ticket, you'll have an option that says "Reassign Ticket". Select that, and select the Guest you want to transfer the ticket to and press "Reassign".
