Hi Stacy, and welcome to planDisney! I just love Christmastime at Disney World, when the theme parks and resort hotels are covered in festive decorations. Now, let’s figure out how you can get tickets to
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!
Unfortunately, it looks like the party is currently sold out on December 7th. In my experience, tickets don’t usually become available again once the date sells out, but don’t lose hope completely! I’ve had friends who were occasionally able to get tickets to sold-out special events by calling the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number or by checking in person at
Guest Relations. While there’s no guarantee you can snag tickets, it’s worth asking just in case!
If you’re not able to attend Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, you might also want to look at
Jollywood Nights, which currently has tickets available (though that could change at any time). I went to this party last year and loved meeting
rarer characters (shoutout to my favorite, Santa Duffy!), watching the exclusive entertainment, and just taking in the festive Hollywood glamour vibes! Some of my favorite shows were Glisten!, a unique performance of ice dancing to holiday and Disney songs, and
Disney Holidays in Hollywood, where Kermit and Miss Piggy host an incredible show with Tiana, Belle, Mickey, Minnie, and live jazz musicians!
Another fun event that’s included with regular EPCOT admission this time of year is the
International Festival of the Holidays! Sometimes Magic Kingdom gets all the attention with the Christmas tree and wreaths on Main Street, U.S.A., but my family loves EPCOT during the holiday festival because there’s so much going on with the Holiday Storytellers sharing traditions from around the world, hearing
Voices of Liberty sing Christmas carols, and watching the Candlelight Processional with a celebrity narrator, choir, and 50-piece orchestra… just to name a few of the offerings! And during the festival, you’ll also have the chance to meet both classic Santa Claus and Santa Goofy!
I hope you have the most magical holiday visit to Disney World next month. And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome at planDisney!
