Do you need to have tickets to Epcot to attend the Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall? We are not planning on visiting Epcot this trip, but my daughter would love this character dining experience.

You do need to use a park admission ticket any time you enter a theme park, even to go to a restaurant. This means that yes, you would need to have an Epcot park ticket to go to the Princess Storybook meal at the Akershus.

If you you'd like to attend a princess-theme meal that is not in a theme park, you might want to look into the dinner at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. No admission ticket is required to attend this meal with Cinderella, Price Charming, and Cindy's step mother and step sisters. The "steps" are a real hoot and Cindy and the Prince often share a dance with children at the meal.

    Enjoy your visit to WDW!
