I am glad you ordered and received the
Disney PhotoPass! It is a great way to have your pictures taken for you and have the freedom to design other mementos of your trip such as photo books and pictures with fun elements.
First, try placing your picture onto a stand alone computer program such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Word just to see if it was imported the right way. If it was, then you might have a compatibility issue with the independent site.
If it is the independent site, I would check that it is a site that has a licensing agreement with Disney. Your PhotoPass has a list of independent sites that you can use to upload pictures.
If both of these are okay, I recommend you reach out to the team at PhotoPass and ask their advice. They are available Monday-Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. Their number is 407-560-4300.
