Heigh-Ho Heather,
I hope this finds you have resolved your Disney Park Pass reservation conundrum. If not let me offer some suggestions so you are able to proceed with your Walt Disney World vacation planning.
As long as you are making a Disney Park Pass reservation for the SAME DAY you canceled your existing
Disne Park Pass reservation, there should be no additional charge. And if there is availability, at the other Walt Disney World Theme park you are reserving, it should be a seamless switch. But if you keep receiving a message requiring you to pay, even though you have a valid Walt Disney World ticket, then you will need to speak to a Cast Member by calling (407) 566-4985. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST (Mickey Time) and I recommend calling right when they open for a shorter wait time. Another option is through your
My Disney Experience mobile app, using the Chat With Us feature. You can find this handy dandy feature by selecting the MENU choice, in the bottom right-hand corner, and scrolling to the Chat With Us feature. A Cast Member will assist you in figuring out what is going on?
However, if you are switching to a different day, there may be a change in ticket pricing, meaning you will need to pay the cost difference of the increased price for that day. If this is the case follow all prompts to pay the cost difference and continuing with reserving your Disney Park Pass reservation.
I hope this has helped and check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) and

Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
