Jerry,
Thanks for your question!
So no, the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival does not require a special event ticket. Anyone visiting
EPCOT is automatically dropped into the yummy world of food through the park!
The Festival booths and event locations are woven through the entire EPCOT park, with stands offering food and drinks from around the world. There are some special events within the festival that do require a reservation or special ticket, but the booths themselves are open to any EPCOT guest. The special events could be a wine tasting, a cooking class, or the extremely popular Party for the Senses.
Quick Tip: While most people visit for the food, or the beverages, or both, there are other things going on. I find that the bands performing at the
Eat to the Beat Concert Series are a fun addition to the festival and a great throwback to my younger years (come on,
Toad the Wet Sprocket!). Make sure you see who is playing during your visit!
Write me back if you have any follow up questions!
Have a Magical (and delicious) Vacation!
Doug
