Welcome to planDisney, Suzette! Thank you for bringing your question to us.
I'm glad to hear you already have your theme park tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience account. You are almost there! The next step is to
make your Disney Park Pass reservations using this link. Select "Theme Park Tickets", follow the steps to select your party, and then choose your date and park. Once confirmed, you'll be asked if you wish to continue making additional reservations for other dates. With your visit just a few days away, I recommend taking a look at the
theme park reservation availability calendar. I know some upcoming dates have limited availability. If the park you are interested in visiting does not currently have Disney Park Pass reservations available, you might consider adding the
Park Hopper Option to your ticket. This way you can make a reservation for whichever park has availability on your dates, and then hop over to another park after 2:00 pm when park hopping hours begin.
If you are having trouble making your Disney Park Pass reservations, one thing you might want to check is that your tickets are valid for the dates you are trying to make reservations for. I find this easiest to do in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, by using the menu button in the lower right corner to select "Tickets and Passes" to view the valid dates for your ticket. If you need to change the ticket start date, you should be able to do this via the app by selecting "Change Ticket", editing the dates, and completing your transaction. There is no fee to change your ticket dates, but when choosing dates with a higher ticket price, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If your tickets have expired, they will no longer show under "Tickets & Passes". The value of an expired but fully unused ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket. If you need assistance,
give the Existing Tickets line a call at (407) 934-7639. A helpful Cast Member will be able to take a look at your account and advise you on how to resolve your ticket issue.
Suzette, if I misinterpreted what you were asking, please feel free to submit a new question with a few more details about your ticket issue. We will be happy to try to help.
