Do you need reservations to park hop

    Hi Jacqueline,

Welcome to planDisney! We are thrilled that you have decided to, "Be our Guest. Be our Guest. Be our GUUUUESST!" (Please tell me you sang that as you read it!)

I am happy to tell you that theme park reservations are not required to hop from Walt Disney World Resort theme park to theme park. Actually, theme park reservations are now only required for some theme park ticket types. So, as long as you have opted for the Park Hopper Option on a date-based ticket, feel free to explore as your heart desires! Otherwise, quickly secure a theme park reservation for your first destination of the day, and let the day lead.

When we visit Walt Disney World Resort, Jacqueline, we like to change things up midday. We prefer to visit one theme park in the morning, take an afternoon break for a swim, a nap, or a visit to a Community Hall for a little creative time, and then we head back out to a different theme park in the evening. Planning this way makes it feel like each day is totally unique. It keeps our bodies rested and our minds interested. Give it a try!

Make sure to download the My Disney Experience Mobile App before you head on down to sunny Florida, Jacqueline! This powerful app will help you stay organized as you enjoy all the exciting entertainment, attractions, and dining available to you. You don't want to miss a thing, and this is the tool to help you stay on track.

I hope that was helpful. Come on back and visit us with any other questions. Have the best vacation ever!

    Adventure is out there,

    Sally
