Hiya, Latiffa, and thanks for stopping by planDisney! You have a magical trip coming up, so let's look at how
Theme Park Reservations will work when you're at
Walt Disney World Resort. Since I'm unsure what type of admission ticket you have, let's look at several options.
Guests with date-based tickets no longer need to reserve a theme park to enter the magic. If you chose a start date when you purchased your ticket, you do not have to reserve a specific park; you can head straight to the entrance.
If you have an
annual pass or a ticket without specific date parameters, you will typically need to make a theme park reservation for the park you'd like to enter first. The Park Hopper option will allow you to go to additional theme parks, but you don't need reservations to hop either.
If you're unsure which ticket type you have, you can sign into your account and try to make a theme park reservation. The system will only allow guests to make a reservation if their linked ticket requires it. Please feel free to contact the
Existing Tickets line for more information about your specific ticket.
The
theme park availability calendar shows that April 28 and 30 are "good-to-go" days, which means no one needs a reservation to enter any theme park on those days. As of now, April 29 shows all theme parks are available for guests who do need reservations.
Keep in mind that theme parks occasionally reach capacity and pause admission, but that typically only happens during holidays. I'm wishing on a star that you can cruise on into the park of your choice!
The
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom this week, so I hope you enjoy the enchanting topiaries and delectable food items around the World Showcase. My favorite sweet treat is the
Coconut Tres Leches at La Isla Fresca. This light and refreshing plant-based cake is perfect on a warm day.
Latiffa, I'm sprinkling pixie dust and flower petals to make your visit practically perfect. Please come back to
planDisney with any other questions. We'd love to help!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
