I need a reservation for 15 people at Via Napoli. I added 2 people in party to assist managing plans. Do we split the party and 3 different people try to make reservations at 6am? What is the best way to go about this? We wanted to eat at same time. I

Ciao, Jennifer! I'm so glad you brought your great question to us at planDisney!

The only thing more exciting than planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort is sharing it with a whole crew of people. And the only thing better than planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort with a whole crew of people is deciding where to eat! Here's a little secret: magic multiplies when it's shared, and your trip is sure to be an extra special one!

Jennifer, I'm so excited for you all to experience Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria at EPCOT together! This is one of my favorite places to feast when I'm traveling with my husband. I dream about the Prosciutto e Melone Pizza on a regular basis! Did you know that the three pizza ovens are named after the active volcanoes in Italy? It's true! Be sure to check out Vesuvio, Etna, and Stromboli! And you won't want to miss sampling some dessert while you're here. If your stomach tries to tell you that you're too full, just tell it, "Silenzio Bruno!"

When making a reservation for a large party, your idea is spot-on - my best piece of advice is to split the party up into a few little parties! You can nominate one person per group to make the reservation for their entire group. Try to make the reservations at the same time or as close as possible. On the day of your reservation, I would head to the restaurant a little earlier than your reservation time and explain to the Cast Member that you would like to be seated at tables near each other. While nothing is guaranteed, every Cast Member will do their best to stretch their magic wand as far as it can reach to accommodate your party!

You could also call a Cast Member to explain your situation and see if they can help you book an appropriate reservation. Sometimes they're able to sprinkle just a touch of extra pixie dust! If you'd like to speak with a Cast Member directly, I'd recommend calling right when the phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their type of magic can sometimes be in high demand.

Jennifer, I hope I was able to help you with some ideas on how to make just the right reservation for your magical vacation. If you have any other questions, please visit us again!

    Santo pecorino!
