    I need to reschedule one of our park days, i have reservation, tickets, confirmation and i purchased the travel insurance. I have been on the phone attempting to speak with a person so far I have been waiting 55 minutes and counting.

    Thanks for asking your question to planDisney, and sorry you are having to wait!

    So there could be a few things you are asking for here, but I think what you are wanting to do is reschedule the Theme Park Reservation that you have for a given day using the Disney Park Pass system? Assuming that is correct, the steps you want to follow are these.  

    1. Start by confirming that the park you want to switch to has availability on the date you are changing to, based on your ticket type, for that particular day. If there is no availability, you may prefer to keep your original reservation.
    2. Next, go to your My Disney Experience account and select "My Plans". Find the theme park reservation on the day that you want to change and click on "View Details". On the next page, you will want to click on "Cancel This Reservation", selecting all the guests for whom you wish to cancel.  
    3. Finally, all you must do is go in to make the updated reservation selection, as you did before, with your new park selection.

    BONUS TIP
    You can check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see what parks are available, based on your ticket type, for every specific date.
