    Hi, I need to renew my magic key but would like to put a down payment first and monthly payment the rest, can I do that over the phone?

    Thanks for submitting your question to us and congrats on being a Magic Key Holder! I hope you've been enjoying returning to the Disneyland Resort again and again over the course of the year. I've had my Magic Key Pass since the program first began and I've been very happy with it.

    I had the opportunity to speak to a Cast Member about your renewal. Your Magic Key renewal window will start 30 days before its expiration date. When you renew online, no down payment is due and the monthly payments will be spread throughout the next year. The only way to make a lump sum payment towards your Magic Key is in person at the Main Entrance Ticket Booth. I was also informed that, even if you make a one time payment towards the balance, the monthly payments will still remain the same but they will end earlier due to the extra payment. They cannot take this payment over the phone, unfortunately. If you'd like to speak to a Cast Member, please call the Magic Key Holder phone line and I'm sure they would be happy to answer any questions for you.

    Did you see that the Disney Parks Blog recently released all the special event dates for 2025? You can practically plan out your visits for the next year! I'm particularly excited for the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration beginning on May 16, 2025! It's shaping up to be a big event and I can't wait.
