Do I need to register our passes before we arrive? I assumed our reservations were made when I purchased the passes. I am in charge of 9 people tickets so I am overwhelmed, and don't want to make mistakes. I received passes in the mail, what now?

Hi Rebecca and welcome to planDisney! I’m so excited for you! Before you know it, you will be enjoying your summer vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!

Please don't feel overwhelmed! I’m happy to walk you through the process. The first thing to do is create a My Disney Experience account if you haven’t done so already. When you sign on to your account, you will see a sort of “to do” list bar at the top of your screen, and all you have to do is click on the option that says “park tickets” to start the process of linking your theme park tickets.

Once you have done that, you can go ahead and link your theme park tickets to your account and assign them to each member of your group. You can find the ticket numbers on the back of the card you received. Just type in the numbers for each ticket and before you know it, you will be done with that part.

Once your tickets are linked, you will see another option on that top bar that says, “Park Reservations.” Click on it to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations for your family. It seems like a lot, but little by little you will have your trip planned!

Rebecca, I hope I’ve helped you get a good start to your planning. If you have any more questions, please feel free to come back to see us.

    Have a magical visit!
