Hi Sara and welcome to
planDisney! You’ve come to the right place! I may have a solution for you, that would avoid having to call the Walt Disney World Resort to resolve your issue.
I had a similar problem a few months ago. Here’s what I was advised:
-send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com.-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. Disney will likely send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your
My Disney Experience account and you can go ahead and assign those tickets to guests in your party. Now let the planning begin!
Sara, I hope this information is helpful and saves you some time. If you have any more planning questions, don’t hesitate to come back to see us!
