Hey there, Braulio! Thanks for stopping by planDisney to ask your Walt Disney World holiday happenings question.
You are coming to Walt Disney World at my favorite time of year! I love the holiday decorations, special treats, and especially the giant Gingerbread House at
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa! There is also a super cute Gingerbread Carousel at Disney’s Beach Club Resort that I can’t wait to see in just a few days!
When planning your December trip, you will want to figure out which day you are planning to attend the Very Merriest After Hours event and purchase those tickets. If you plan to visit a theme park earlier that day (and I would definitely plan to do this, and NOT Magic Kingdom), you will need a separate admission ticket for that. It CAN be one of the days of a multi-day ticket that you have purchased and linked to your
MyDisneyExperience.
Since the
Very Merriest After Hours event doesn’t even begin until 9:00pm, you have an entire day to explore another park (and maybe catch a nap). I have heard great things about the events that have happened so far, and guests seem happy with the treats and the wait times for attractions. Don’t miss Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show at 11:15pm.
Thanks again for letting us assist with your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Happy Traveling,
Tracy
