    Hello. I see that I need to present my reservation at the park entrance. Where can I find that on the app? I’m not sure what to show at the entrance. Does the reservation have an area to be scanned?

    Welcome to planDisney, Brandon!  We're glad you stopped by with your question.

    The tool that makes all the magic work "Harmonious-ly" together is My Disney Experience.  If your tickets are linked to your profile, and you have made yourself a Disney Park Pass reservation, then when you present your ticket for entrance to the theme park, your reservation will be recognized.  As long as you can see your theme park reservation in "My Plans" in your My Disney Experience account, you are good to go!  While you will not need to present or scan your theme park reservation, you will need to scan your ticket for theme park entry.  There are basically three ways to do this:

    • A ticket card.  If you do not have a physical ticket, you can stop by a theme park ticket window, Guest Relations, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to pick up a ticket card.  Have your ticket confirmation email and the email address associated with your account handy. 
    • A MagicBand.  If you have a MagicBand linked to your profile, it can be used to access any admission also linked to your profile. 
    • A Disney MagicMobile pass.  You can create a Disney MagicMobile Pass in the My Disney Experience app and save it to the digital wallet on your mobile device.  To create your digital pass, use the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen.  Select "Disney MagicMobile" and follow the steps to create your pass.
