ScooterBug is Disney’s Featured Provider for
stroller rentals, and they’re the only company that allows you to have your equipment delivered directly to your Resort without needing to be there in person. You’re absolutely welcome to use another third-party company if you prefer, but just keep in mind that you’ll need to be present for both pick-up and drop-off. I’ve used ScooterBug myself several times and have always had a really positive experience.
