Need to plan visit in September with a friend. Need 2 single rooms for September 8-15, 2025

    Hiya! Welcome to planDisney.

You are visiting Walt Disney World during one of my favorite festivals! EPCOT's International Food & Wine Festival runs from late August through November and is the perfect activity for two foodie friends! On top of the mouth-watering international cuisine, there is a Concert Series with great headliners. Last year, Boyz II Men (THE group of my teens!) performed for two nights!

You have a few choices when it comes to accommodations for you and your friend. Click this link, enter your dates, and your hotel options will pop up. I put in your dates, and currently, you have quite a few great choices!

If you want separate rooms, I suggest one of the Value Resorts, as their prices are lower than those of the other resorts. Disney's All-Star Music Resort recently underwent a facelift, and the update is modern and efficient. I love Disney's Pop Century Resort's theming and food options, but they will be renovating during your stay, so be aware you might hear construction noise during the day.

If you don't mind sharing a room with your friend, I suggest you split one room for budget's sake. When you put in options for one or two adults, you can see that the price per person is significantly less if you split a room. The Resorts I suggested above both have queen-sized beds (some have kings!) in each room. But I would stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort if I visited with a friend. The Resort has reasonably priced rooms (especially splitting the cost), delicious food options, and one of the best bars on Disney property. The Dahlia Lounge is a fantastic rooftop bar with the perfect view of the nighttime fireworks.

If you have any other planning questions, don't hesitate to return. I wish you a fantastic vacation!
