I need to plan a two vacation in the beginning part of may to mid May. 2022 for 5 adults anc 5 kids. There is me and my husband my two grown daughters and my son with his 5 kids. Ages 13,8,7,5,3 Not every day at the parks. We will be doing outings too.

    Hi Jaliza! Welcome to planDisney!

A two-week vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth is something out of my dreams! Every time I'm visiting Walt Disney World Resort I wish my trip was longer, no matter how long it really was! There's just so much to do, both inside and out of the Theme Parks, that it never feels like there's enough time to accomplish it all.  I guess that's why we keep coming back for more! Between the four Theme Parks, two Water Parks, over 25 Disney Resorts Collection hotels and the shopping, dining and entertainment district of Disney Springs, you'll surely have enough to keep you "busy" for all 14 days of your trip!

When searching for the perfect accommodations for your family head to the Walt Disney World Resort website and click on the "Places to Stay" tab.  From here, you'll be able to search and find a Resort that fits your family's idea of a dreamy escape while also staying within your budget.  If you want to stay together as an entire family I would suggest looking into a 3-bedroom Villa at many of Disney's Deluxe Villa locations. Many of these Resorts, such as the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge can sleep 12 adults, include a full kitchen and living area and even a washer and dryer!

While this would be incredible I know that it would personally be out of my budget.  In this case, I suggest looking into booking two or even three Guest rooms at another Disney Resorts Collection hotel.  Resorts such as Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside and Disney's Contemporary Resort can even sleep five Guests at a time and they put you and your family right in the middle of the magic for your entire trip!

When purchasing Theme Park Tickets for your family you'll notice that Tickets do not need to be used consecutively.  This means you'll have plenty of days "off" from the Theme Parks to explore other areas of Walt Disney World Resort or greater Orlando.  For example, if you choose to purchase a 10-day Theme Park Ticket you actually have 14 days to use the 10 admissions before the Ticket expires.

As you continue planning your vacation please feel free to come back and ask us any other questions!
