I need to plan a three-day corporate event for 16 people. I'm thinking of two days of meetings followed by dinner/team-building activities and a third day spent in the parks. Where can I find tips for planning a small three-day event like this?

    Hey there, Pamela!

We're so glad you found your way to planDisney. I love the idea of bringing your corporate event to the Disney Parks! Whether you're hoping to plan something at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida or at Disneyland Resort in your own backyard in California, a magical solution awaits.

In order to craft your company's perfect event you'll need to reach out to the team at Disney Meetings & Events. They'll be able to offer a variety of options and pricing estimates once you submit an online quote request. I wish I was able to roll up my sleeves and handle the planning for you, but my magical reach is limited to my kitchen as a planDisney panelist. However, if you're looking for an itinerary for your group's park day or recommendations for where to make an advance dining reservation we'd be happy to suggest our favorite experiences.

Both US-based parks will be decked out in all the festive trimmings so you'll enjoy that extra bit of magic with a December event. Should you venture to the East Coast, Disney Jollywood Nights would be a fun opportunity for your group to get dressed to the nines and celebrate in style at Disney's Hollywood Studios. This separately ticketed event is offered on select nights (there's one scheduled for your arrival date) and boasts an array of seasonal food and beverages your group is sure to love. Enjoying glasses of prosecco at The Tip Top Club at the Hollywood Tower Hotel sounds like my kind of team-building activity.

Pamela, I'm sorry I couldn't assist with your planning logistics but we'd be happy to answer any other vacation planning questions you might have.

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
