I need to make a payment

Hello there, Dorinda! Greetings from everyone here at planDisney! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out and allowing us to help you plan your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

Guests that choose to stay with the Disney Resorts Collection are able to enjoy a whole host of benefits in addition to visiting “The Most Magical Place on Earth”! Some perks you can look forward to will be closer proximity to the theme parks, complimentary transportation across the property, earlier access when booking advanced dining reservations, and so much more! My family and I also love the amazingly detailed themes you can find at each and every Disney Resort hotel. Additionally, we always look forward to the world-class customer service throughout our stay and honestly consider this one of the main reasons we return each year!

Another amazing perk is the ability to make payments on your vacation package before your trip! At the time of booking, Guests pay an initial deposit and are then given a date on which the rest of their balance is due. You can make payments towards your vacation package either online or by calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservation phone line. If you choose to make a payment online, all you will need to do is log into your My Disney Experience account. From here, you will need to navigate to the “My Reservations” webpage and locate the reservation you would like to make a payment on. You should see a link that will allow you to make a payment right next to reservation information. If you do not see this link, you can always call and make your payment over the phone!

I hope this information assists you as you gear up for your summer vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you along the way!
