Jessica, make sure you have created a
Disney account, and have downloaded the
My Disney Experience app. Once you do that, you go to your profile page, and make sure your payment method is up to date. Your reservation should be on your account, and from there you should be given the option of paying online. If you are still having issues, I suggest calling a Cast Member at the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Desk at (407) 939-1936, and they will be able to help you with your balance.
