    I need to pay my remaining balance. I haven’t been given the option online but I would prefer to pay online. Please help. Thanks!

    Welcome to planDisney, Jessica! Wow, your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World is "just around the riverbend" (like my friend, Pocahontas says!) I am sure you and your family are eagerly counting down those final days! Woohoo!

    Jessica, make sure you have created a Disney account, and have downloaded the My Disney Experience app. Once you do that, you go to your profile page, and make sure your payment method is up to date. Your reservation should be on your account, and from there you should be given the option of paying online. If you are still having issues, I suggest calling a Cast Member at the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Desk at (407) 939-1936, and they will be able to help you with your balance.
