Hi Sierra!
Welcome to planDisney!
Tickets that are not specifically date-based usually require park reservations. What I recommend doing is attempting to
make a park reservation with that ticket, just in case! If you need a reservation, it will give you the option to click that ticket when going through the prompts. And if you don’t need a reservation, it will be listed under a separate section that specifies a park reservation is not required.
Before attempting to make a park reservation, make sure your ticket is linked to your My Disney Experience account. You can do so on Disney World’s website or on your My Disney Experience app.
On
Disney World’s website, click the My Disney Experience button, then scroll down to the section titled “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.” Click “Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker” and find your ticket. If it’s not listed, click the Add More Plans button, then click “Link Reservations and Purchases” and follow the prompts.
On your
My Disney Experience app, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner, then click the My Tickets & Passes button. Swipe through to find your ticket. If it’s not listed, click the (+) button in the top corner, then click “Link Tickets & Passes.”
If you’re still not sure if a park reservation is required, you can
call the Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone line, and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you.
I hope that helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to come back and visit us!
