    I need to make a park reservation but I can’t link my armed forces military salute tickets

    Welcome to planDisney, Emily! I want to start by saying a huge THANK YOU to you and your family for their service to our country. As a military family, we have taken advantage of numerous special offers Disney makes for U.S. Military Members and their families, such as specially priced theme park tickets, discounted stays in select Disney Resort hotels, and discounted cruises on Disney Cruise Line. It is such an extraordinary way that Disney “salutes” our U.S. Military!

    Military Promotional Tickets can be linked to your My Disney Experience account from either the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience mobile app. In the My Disney Experience mobile app, you will select the three horizontal lines, on the bottom right of the screen to go to the Welcome Screen. You can then click on Tickets and Passes. Once you are on the Tickets and Passes page, you can click the plus sign in the upper right-hand corner and choose Link Tickets & Passes. You will then have the option to either type in the ID Code or Scan the ID Code using the camera on your mobile device. If you are having trouble finding the ID number, you can select “Where is the ID number?” which will provide you with ticket examples to help you locate the ID number for your specific ticket type. Once your Military Promotional Theme Park tickets are linked, you can head over to the Disney Park Pass system to make your park reservations.
