I need move a reservation on Feb 12th to Feb 11th. How do I do this? Should I cancel the reservation and reschedule?

Hey there, Cindy!  It is nice to see you here again at planDisney with another great question.

It sounds like you are asking about changing a Disney Park Pass reservation to a different date.  You are correct -- you will need to cancel the Disney Park Pass reservation you hold, and then create a new Disney Park Pass reservation on the date you would like to visit.  Be sure to check the theme park availability calendar before canceling.  You can cancel and make a new Disney Park Pass reservation in either the My Disney Experience app or on the My Disney Experience website.  In the app, use the menu in the lower right corner of the home screen to select "Future Plans" and then select the Disney Park Pass you wish to cancel and click the blue cancel button.  To make a new Disney Park Pass in the app, select the plus button at the bottom of the home screen and then "Make a Park Reservation".  On the website under "My Plans" next to the Disney Park Pass you need to cancel, select "View Details" and then cancel.

If instead, you meant you needed to change a dining reservation, try selecting the modify or change reservation option to change the date.  If you have a different type of reservation you need to move, please write us back with more information about the type of reservation you have and we will be happy to help you out.

Wishing you a wonderful visit during The World's Most Magical Celebration!  Be sure to indulge in some yummy 50th Anniversary Celebration treats during your visit.  Enjoy!
