    Do I need to lug my 11 month old's car seat along for transport in the shuttle bus to the ship and/or in cabs or other vehicles for shore excursions? Or are there typically rentals available?

    Hi Lisa!

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I'm sure you are looking forward to your time onboard one of the spectacular Disney Cruise Ships!  From the time you step aboard, you will be treated like royalty by the amazing Disney crewmembers!  Your family is in for an experience filled with lots of magic and of course pixie dust!

    I'm so glad you asked this question because you will not need your little one's car seat at all.  If you are using Disney ground transportation, there are no seat belts on the bus to attach the seat.  The same is true in the ports of call you will be visiting.  Other countries do not have the same car seat laws as the US so there won't be anywhere to latch the seat in securely.   If you do bring it along, it will have to be stored in your stateroom for the entire cruise.
