Do i need to link e tickets to a magic band?

    Hiya, Patrick! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so happy to hear that you're making plans to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth this November! This will be a wonderful time to visit with so much to see and do. It will feel like magic is waiting for you around every corner with The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration in full swing! Not only that, but you'll be able to enjoy everything that the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival has to offer. Make sure you spend some time enjoying the global marketplaces and live entertainment offerings! Patrick, I have a feeling that this trip will be extra special.

It sounds like you've already purchased your theme park tickets online, which is a great next step toward your magical vacation! You'll want to make sure that these tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account. To do this, log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets & Memory Maker. Here, you should be able to see your Theme Park Tickets! If you don't, you can easily head to the Link Reservations and Purchases page and link your tickets using the confirmation number found in your email.

Patrick, you are welcome to purchase and use MagicBands for your vacation. If you choose to do so, your tickets will automatically be linked to your MagicBands as long as they're linked to your My Disney Experience account! However, you certainly don't have to use MagicBands on your upcoming trip. Personally, I love to use the complimentary Disney MagicMobile service. This is a digital pass that works similarly to a MagicBand, allowing you to enter theme parks, connect to Disney PhotoPass images, and more!

You are sure to have a magical vacation no matter which path you choose! No matter what, you'll want to make sure that you've made your Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. This is an important step to make sure you've reserved the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. And take some time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app prior to your visit! A little like holding a magic wand in your hand, you'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even mobile order food. You know your meals and snacks will be ready for you before you ever feel a rumbly in your tumbly!

I hope I was able to help you with your question today, Patrick! If anything else pops up, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
