I need to link a reservation I made through b resort to my Disney experience app. How do I do that?

    Hiya, Vicki.

Vicki, I have to link reservations to my My Disney Experience Account pretty often. Luckily for me, linking a reservation is much easier than spelling supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

To link your reservation to your account on your My Disney Experience Mobile App, open the app and make sure that you are logged in. There should be three right horizontal bars at the very bottom of your screen. When you click them you should see your name and profile character. Scroll down until you see the third option from the bottom that says "Link to Account."

Once you click "Link To Account," your 5th option down should be "Link Hotel." After clicking "Link Hotel" you will be prompted to enter the confirmation number and the last name of the person who made the reservation.

    That's it!

Vicki, you should know that third-party reservations may take a full 72-hours to link to your account.

If you booked your hotel through a travel agency or reservation service, you will want to ensure that they gave you the hotel confirmation number and not their internal confirmation number. You will know to give them a call if you have any trouble linking to your account.
