Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Laura!
I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty linking your ticket to your
My Disney Experience profile. I'll do my best to help you troubleshoot and give you a few tips to try, but without knowing more about how you might have your My Disney Experience account set up or what errors your family might be encountering while trying to
link your pass, I'll only be able to offer a few guesses as to what might be happening.
If you have a My Disney Experience account and you have already linked your ticket to your profile in your account, your family will not be able to link your ticket again to a different account. As long as you are all
connected in Family & Friends, and you see your ticket listed under "Tickets and Passes", you should be good to go.
If you do not have your own My Disney Experience account and your family has created a profile for you in their account, I really can't say why they might be having difficulty linking a ticket for you. I recommend
giving the helpful My Disney Experience tech team a call. They will be able to access your account and help you resolve any potential issues.
During
the initial reopening period of Walt Disney World Resort, attendance will be limited. Guests will need both valid admission and a
Disney Park Pass reservation for theme park entry. This reservation is not like a dining reservation, where all Guests in the party must be on the same reservation in order to be seated together. You are welcome to make your Disney Park Pass reservation individually for the same day and park as your family. As long as all members of the party have a reservation, you will be allowed to enter the park together.
Laura, please feel free to visit the Moms Panel again with any additional questions you might have. Be sure to check for any
operational updates in advance of your trip so you know what to expect as Walt Disney World Resort prepares for
Returning to a World of Magic.
