Hi there, Lindsey, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question and I would be happy to help you locate the expiration date of your tickets. If you had plans to visit the Disneyland Resort, I certainly hope that you didn't have to cancel at the last moment. Thankfully, tickets generally have long expiration dates and even if they do expire, the
Ticket Terms and Conditions state that you may apply the cost of an unused, expired ticket to the purchase of a new ticket.
You can find the expiration date by first locating the Confirmation email you received from Disney upon purchasing your tickets. The sender will be Disneyland Reservations and the subject is Disneyland Confirmation. There will be a link to "Access Your eTickets" in that message. Click on that and you will see your tickets. Click on your ticket and you will see its expiration date within the fine print at the bottom.
If you aren't able to find that email, then I would recommend calling and speaking to a Cast Member at the
Tickets phone line and I'm sure they would be happy to assist you.
I hope that you'll be able to plan a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth sometime soon! Currently,
Pixar Fest is going on until August 4, 2024 and then the
Halloween Season will begin on August 23, 2024. Personally, I love visiting in the Fall and seeing all the spooky decorations and experiencing the yummy themed foods!
Lindsey, I hope you found this helpful and please feel free to stop by again if you have any more questions. We're always here to help and we'd love to hear from you again.
Have a Magical Day!
