Welcome to planDisney, Stacey!
How fun it is to be planning a vacation for so many people! I am the youngest of four, so when we factor in grandparents, spouses, and nieces and nephews, my immediate family can easily top 15 people!
Stacey, group rates are only available for groups of 10 hotel rooms or more, but I do have some great alternatives for you!
The first thing that you will want to know is that it is possible to pay a down payment and pay overtime for your vacation by booking a
vacation package. When you book a vacation package, including a room in the
Disney Resorts Collection and theme park tickets, you can pay as little as $200 down until the balance is due 30-days before your check-in date. Please note that payment terms and conditions are subject to change.
Each room will need to be booked separately, so you will have a total of four vacation packages booked. Stacey, even though you will have four separate reservations, you will still be able to link all reservations to your
My Disney Experience Account so that you can make plans for the entire group.
Now, I know that you mentioned booking four separate rooms, but did you know that there are also
Deluxe Villas large enough to fit your entire group?
The best thing about staying in a villa is that most come equipped with a full kitchen, washer & dryer, and even a living room. Booking two 2-bedroom villas will allow your group a bit more space to spread out and spend quality time together.
Happy Planning!
