I need to know the best tips for a birthday celebration at Disney. My daughter 1st birthday is coming up up and i want lots of princess potos from the hotel to the parks. Any suggestions on how to make the best of it?

    Hi Kimberly,

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Mom Panel. Walt Disney World has got to be the best place on Earth to the celebrate a first birthday.

Your little princess will be able to meet her fellow royals in a variety of locations on Disney property:
    • Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is located in both Cinderella Castle and Downtown Disney. During your visit a Fairy Godmother-in-Training will transform your daughter into her favorite princess.
    • Princess Storybook Breakfast is held in the Norway Pavilion in Epcot at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. Some of the royalty you might meet are Snow White, Cinderella, Belle, Aurora and Ariel.
    • Princess Fairytale Hall is located within the Magic Kingdom. Cinderella, Rapunzel and a visiting princess or two are there to greet their royal subjects and take pictures.
    • Cinderella's Royal Table is located within Cinderella's Castle. This character dining experience not to be missed as Cinderella and friends welcome you to this beautiful restaurant.
    • If Ariel is a favorite then a visit to Ariel's Grotto in the New Fantasyland section of the Magic Kingdom is a must.
Don't forget to pick up an "I'm Celebrating" pin when you arrive. They are free at most gift shops throughout Walt Disney World. Gift shop cast members can help customize the pin so everyone around will know she is celebrating her magical first birthday,

If you have any other questions please come back and see us real soon.

    Have a pixie-dusted day!
