    Do I need to join the virtual queue just to pick up my 10k race Ben?

    Hey there, Tim! 

    Welcome to planDisney!

    The holiday season is over, we are cruising through the start of 2024, and runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend will be here before we know it. I hope that your training for the Adventure is Out There 10K is racing right along! Are you visualizing yourself rounding the final corner to the finish line with thousands of your BRF (Best Racing Friends) cheering YOU on from the sidelines? It's coming! 

    I'm happy to share with you that the runDisney Virtual Queue is exclusively for access to coveted runDisney Merchandise and will be used only on the first day of the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo (or as needed.) You will not need to enter the runDisney Virtual Queue to pick up your race bib or included t-shirt. 

    If you decide that you simply must purchase an "I Did It!" shirt to commemorate your 10K achievement and you plan to visit the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo on the first day, then you can easily join the Virtual Queue through your My Disney Experience Mobile App. Starting at 8:30 a.m ET, click on the Virtual Queue section. Then, select the tab labeled ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and select runDisney Merchandise Shop to reserve your spot in the Virtual Queue. 

    Please keep in mind, Tim, that you can hold a space in the runDisney Virtual Queue and one for an attraction at the same time.
