    Carol,

    This is what I would do, with your particular requests dropped into the schedule;

    • November 6 - Magic Kingdom
    • November 7 - Animal Kingdom
      • Dinner: Chef Mickey's
    • November 8 - Hollywood Studios
      • Lunch: 50s Prime Time Diner
      • Dinner: Mama Melrose's / Fantasmic Dinner Package
    • November 9 - Epcot
    • November 10 - Magic Kingdom
    • November 11 - Magic Kingdom
    If you don't have time to hit the park on the last day, then of course you are fine dropping off that last day at the Magic Kingdom. However if you are not able to hit the parks on your arrival day, you should move the Magic Kingdom to the 7th, and then put the Animal Kingdom on the 10th.

    For your final meal suggestion request, I would definitely make sure to plan a great dinner at the Epcot World Showcase. There are princess experiences (Restaurant Akershus) entertaining meals (Biergarten, Teppan Edo), great steaks (Le Cellier), excellent ambiance (Rose and Crown, Les Chefs de France), or wonderfully exotic ambiance AND food (Restaurant Marrakesh). I am glad to help you pick down to one, just send me another question with info on what you like/dislike!

    Have a magical vacation!
