Tammy,

So some of your plans are worked out largely by your dining plans. That is neither bad, nor good. Since your are going at a slower crowd time of the year, but one with free dining, I would not change any reservations.

So here is where I would go;

September 19 - Hollywood Studios (for Fantasmic)
September 20 - Magic Kingdom (for Wishes)
September 21 - Epcot
September 22 - Animal Kingdom
September 23 - Magic Kingdom
September 24 - Epcot

Now I have you at Epcot 2x, but if you have the Park Hopper option, you might consider splitting one of your Epcot days to include some more time at Hollywood Studios.
