Hi there! I need help working out my castaway club member number. I’ve sailed twice as a child and would like to do so again now as an adult without having to start from scratch haha.

    Ahoy, Alice!

Chasing that Castaway Club number can seem as difficult as chasing that white rabbit without falling down the rabbit hole, but it's actually easy peasy. Disney Cruise Line assigns the Castaway Club number right after your first sailing, even if you're a child, so you won't have to start all over at the beginning. You'll be a member of the loyalty club even if you were little when you "joined" as a Disney Cruise Line guest.

The best way to do this is to reach out to Disney Cruise Line either by email or by phone and simply ask. They have the list of Castaway Club members, and they'll be able to look you up and give you your number. Another option is to wait until you're ready to book a cruise. Disney Cruise Line will match you with prior sailings when you book, and your Castaway Club number should be automatically added to the new reservation. If it isn't, we are back to having to reach out, which is why I suggest trying that first.

Planning a cruise is such an exciting time, and with the brand new sailings in your neck of the woods, there are a ton of options available. If there's anything we can do to make sure your planning experience is smooth sailing, cruise back over and see us, Alice. We're here to help.
